MS SAR Task Force members practice clean breaching

It's qualification day for MS Search and Rescue Task Force members involved in MOHS sponsored Collapsed Structure Rescue course. Here is video of responders practicing a "clean" (meaning the potential for debris within the cavity they are trying to reach islow) through reinforced concrete as part of the final grading.
