Hi, im new at your channel ❤ i love to see both of you hunting for food and eat ❤ and the most lovely part i love to see is when both of you having a talk and discussion during eating ❤
yang kucing tu memang betul. bulan lepas pergi Seoul & Busan, jumpa 2 3 kucing ingat nk main² kejap, memang kucing tu lari😂 badan pun mmg besar². dah terbiasa dgn stray cats Malaysia yg buat dunno je kalau kita mendekat🤭
To be honest the things that i missed the most nowadays is those old time we will usually will get homemade snacks each time we visited any malay house especially if we traps in the heavy rain at someone house. Those typical homemade jemput-jemput and lempeng which have a lot of variation.. and sometimes with the difference type of dipping some are sweet especially the lempeng while the other are spicy especially the jemput-jemput.. my personal favorite is the anchovies with birdseye chilli jemput-jemput. dont know lah.. why it always taste better when at someone home.. Meanwhile nowadays we usually get the store bought snacks.. it still okay tho.. but maybe this rare thing making it more priceless memories.
Yes sir. Those days we usually exchange food during festivals. Hari Raya, Chinese New Year nor Deepavali with neighbors. Sorry to say nowadays we've been slightly apart even within neighbors
back then in the 90s my neighbours would randomly make something in big batches, pulut kuning la, kuih la, and gave to like 10 other houses. then everyone would balas. in the 2000s it's getting lesser and lesser. these days almost no one do that anymore. it's really the same like Korea, or any other country. my family tries to continue doing it, but sadly, only during raya.
watching you guys eating nasik kandaq..makes me craving for one LOL... and thanks for the empathy for Gaza people/citizen (both muslims and christians)
When you mention (Malaysian) Indian, the typical food generalization is Nasi Kandar are made by Mamak (Indian Muslim) and Banana Leaf Rice are by non Muslim Indian (usually non halal). While roti dish are common dish mastered by both sides.
I miss owned made roti canai just like in the 70's 80's and 90's now days all roti chanai is made by factory. No more uniqness. All taste the same. Back in the good old days every mamak restaurant will "Uli" and make their own roti chanai from scratch Now all buy from factory ready made. Except tosai. I remember they will make roti chanai at night for the next morning
Have to blame capitalism for this.. hahaha Missing the days when I was a kid & can owe my mamak guy and my parents would pay for my mamak bills on the weekend
omg, i just love they way you both eat. sharing in one plate. like me with my siblings when we were young and during our early marriage. now got kids, all gone..haha...need to practice it back.
I was ur ex-neighbor in SV, wish I had known u guys and not wait til u guys’ moving-out day before speaking to u haha... my life was too hectic with my previous job at that time
@@KimandWong takpe slow² lah cakap time vlog msti lebih cepat pndai,sy tengok kim pon sangat suka+selesa kat malysia so why not kan vlog cakap malayu hahaha😉
saya perhatikan ms Kim lebih expert makan pakai tangan daripada mr Wong. tapi Wong considered good juga sebab masih boleh makan ayam guna satu tangan saja. last time kawan Cina saya mesti pakai ke dua-dua belah tangan baru dapat kopek ayam tu
Kayu nasi kandar,Aku serik dtg lagi..paling Mahal Antara smua restoren nasi kandar..line clear pun kalah hrganya...Sbb Tu Aku lagi suka gi restoren nasi Padang ,lagi byk lauk DN hrga lagi murah..😀😀
in Malaysia don't do this 2 thing- 1- don't wearing jewelry or gold necklace 2- don't talk with your phone on side roads also don't ever join any gangs. other than that you'll fine and all good👍🏻
Do you guys agree with Kim's culture shocks?

So true, the jemput2 clture definitely slowed down a lot since covid but recently seems to be coming back in trend again!

21:12 Nasi Kandar isn't really a thing in Singapore too. Most people don't even know about it (including Malays and Indians).
Yeah even mamak its a little harder to find compared to fast food in sg haha

Thanks for watching 😊😊We'll be posting every monday at 5pm!
some of the food we like not just because it is tasty.. but some of the memories it carries... recall the past sweet time..

Rupanya bukan sahaja sifat org korea berbeza dari org Malaysia, sifat kucing pun berbeza juga..😂
Ingatkn kucing hanya sekadar kucing...

1 meter!
Cakap pun dah macam orang Malaysia 😊

Btw, how you met your gf?
rahsia takut nanti you tiru 🤣🤣🤣
He literally dig in the margerin tub coz all 5 fingers covered with margerin and rub onto the roti.. ... No brush used 😮..
Definition of butterfingers 🤣
i have a feeling, the reason they used the banana leaf for the roti tisu is because there is no plate that can fit it... huhuhu
Yeahh even the leaf is HUGE so it can fit that long roti tisu!
try sate hakimi at sungai merab or sate willy at kajang
