This is a short "do it yourself" video about how to disassemble clean the coffee grinder on Intuition Preference (EA 873*) models from Krups.

Hello. Does cleaning help with the following problem. My machine started grinding a very small amount of coffee and makes the coffee very thin. It does not throw a thick capsule into the waste container, but only a small amount of ground coffee. The mashine is 5 years old.

Hey Tobias, thanks for your videos. I have the preference+ and the milk frothing function does not work properly. Do you have any idea how to fix it?
I would love to see you dis- and reassemble this whole machine and clean things like the tubing as well. :)

Hey thanks for your comment. Unfortunately I haven't disassembled the whole machine jet. But as the milk system is external so it should help to do the steps of the "milk system cleaning". I do not use the milk system very often, but if I do, I need to do the cleaning steps after a few drinks. Then it works fine.

Hast du die ea87 schon mal komplett zerlegt? Ich möchte die Kaffee schläuche wechseln aber bekomme die verkleidung hinten nicht ab.
Vielleicht kannst du ja helfen? :)
