Glad you brought up humility. That is clearly missing up arrogant nerds who, when you ask a question, they say RTFM. What the heck is wrong with some people. Along with humility is asking for help. You mention it, but it's slightly different than just humility. Only immature workers are too afraid to ask for help. SO they worry, stress out, waste time, overwork, and don't get their work done anywhere as well or as quickly as those who know their limits, and know when they've hit a wall, and ask questions fast.
It's a cycle because the other half that are willing to ask questions have been told RTFM so much that they are scared to ask for help because they'll get humiliated
