Hi sir, I have two questions 1. Best chemical/method used to do final polish on the moulded part of granite, there is colour change on moulding part, will the moulded part get polished with time due to regular home cleaning? 2. Is it a good idea to use different tiles in different rooms? Eg Plain white in the hall and wooden plank in the bedroom, or will it make it look too colourful and contrasting?

@@itishreeswain3573 Most economic would be tiles (for residential application) cut from locally / nearby available rocks or tiles with rustic finish in small sizes (up to 60x60cm). - Team OTF
Tile alone ca not take weight. The entire flooring needs to be made appropriately. If substrate is strong and proper adhesive is used in correct way, there are no air gaps, even a 12mm thick ungalzed Porcelain tile (go for small size, like 8"x8", 8"x4" but not more than 12"x12") can perform well. You may explore Indistrial tiles from Endura (Johnson Endura) as they have biggest range for special heavy duty tiles. Similar tiles you can search in market and buy based on your trust. On safer side, you can consider 15mm thickness range from Endura. Thank you. - Team OTF

Prices vary depending upon brand, quality, margin retained by dealers, ongoing scheme by manufacturer and your city (freight from factory ). It should be in the range of 50-65 per sq ft in retail. Thank you. - Team OTF

Tiles and marble require cement sand labor cost which also goes 35 to 50 per sq ft extra cost

Yes. In fact in Mumbai, total cost of tile and stone installation may reach close to INR 100/- per Sq.ft.

Why are you not considered Red oxide flooring?
house ke liye settle look ke liye kitne mm ka spacer use karna chaiye like living room and all ...meri ghar i tile 6x4 hai ☺🙏
Aap less wide size mei jaa sakte hain for house interior space.
3mm or even 2mm spacers for the said tile and application could be fine.

You can use as those are DIY products. Some skills and precautions like maintaining lines, precise cuttings at the ends will be helpful.
