    Hi sir, I have two questions
    1. Best chemical/method used to do final polish on the moulded part of granite, there is colour change on moulding part, will the moulded part get polished with time due to regular home cleaning?
    2. Is it a good idea to use different tiles in different rooms? Eg Plain white in the hall and wooden plank in the bedroom, or will it make it look too colourful and contrasting?

    I am confused about flooring selection for my ongoing clinic & office space, please help me
    It's 14 feet X 83 feet plots, My budget is max 80₹ per sq ft, My first priority is
    1) full body tile
    2) white granite
    3) today I also thinking for very minimal terazzo flooring ( like kashmiri white granite ) with white base and very small and uniform colour chips
    Please help and also elaborate on terrazzo flooring ( here or on your next video )
    From where to get chips for terrazzo flooring?

      Aap less wide size mei jaa sakte hain for house interior space.
      3mm or even 2mm spacers for the said tile and application could be fine.

    Sir i would love to get your help i have limited fund left.. which tiles i should consider as have 1000 sqft area to cover should i go with local or brands like orient or johnson have 60k left in my account and due to dads cancer treatment i cant afford more but i have to complete his dream as he left us 4 months ago sir please help just a little help can be rememeber for life your suggestion and tips can help me complete it cause 15sqft the tiles fixing guy is asking so i have 50k to do all this

      @dineshvyasOTF  23 วันที่ผ่านมา

      While I could understand the challenge you have, it seems really difficult to complete 1000 Sq ft tile flooring in 60K ...
      What you mentioned Rs. 15 / Sq.ft is just the labour charges, you also need to consider material like adhesive mortar which costs a lot and the entire sum could be consumed in labour plus material.
      I had discussed some smart ways to get good tiles at low price in a Podcast...Watch till the last, you may be benefitted.
      th-cam.com/video/2lqItsUJWIA/w-d-xo.html
      Alternatively, you can consider tiling a portion now and then may be later. Plan keeping in mind that you won't get same tile to extend in future...so go for light off white or white or grey theme which can easily he combined with other shade / design tiles.

      Most economic would be tiles (for residential application) cut from locally / nearby available rocks or tiles with rustic finish in small sizes (up to 60x60cm).

      @dineshvyasOTF  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Tile alone ca not take weight. The entire flooring needs to be made appropriately.
      If substrate is strong and proper adhesive is used in correct way, there are no air gaps, even a 12mm thick ungalzed Porcelain tile (go for small size, like 8"x8", 8"x4" but not more than 12"x12") can perform well.
      You may explore Indistrial tiles from Endura (Johnson Endura) as they have biggest range for special heavy duty tiles. Similar tiles you can search in market and buy based on your trust. On safer side, you can consider 15mm thickness range from Endura.
      Thank you.

      Prices vary depending upon brand, quality, margin retained by dealers, ongoing scheme by manufacturer and your city (freight from factory ).

      A good quality product should not be an issue but cheap products may have. Also, the adhesive used can also give some trouble.
      1. Go for good brands and quality.
