Thank you very much. A Sprinter is a very good basis to explore Iceland. If you have a 4x4 chassis, even better, because then you can explore the remote places and the beautiful highland. Good luck with your project.
Yes looks amazing! We want to return in late September or early October but will probably be 2022. And we think we will rent a camper this time, we are interested in the off main roads local exploring not necessary the 4x4 we know a lot of those roads close after summer. But we want the less tourists places. We noticed it was a good time comparative for crowds but we loved stopping at a few hidden places and no one was there 🥰 where did you rent your RV? And whats your recommendations on that?
Hi, I was in Iceland from June to beginning of September. I was in the Northeast in June (made a video about this region), so may be you saw not our truck, but that of my friend, who has the same truck and is also exploring Iceland.

Have travelled all parts of Iceland over my 4 visits except the Westfjords. Looks wonderful and will do it one day 🇮🇸❤️

We made the Westfjords in July/August 2019, and were so lucky with the weather ;-))

Als ich dort war, war die Straße 61 noch nicht fertig, ich ging zu Fuß.
Dann hast du immerhin eine tolle Wanderung geniessen können. Die Gegend dort ist wunderschön.
