I had a question that stated a charge nurse, an LPN and 2 UAP's were the only ones who were able to arrive to work due to a fluid. There. are 20 clients on the floor, what nursing model will the nurse manager implement. The answer was functional nursing. However, in this video it states Functional nursing includes multiple RN's. I am a bit confused because every time I research online to try to define these terms I get a different answer.
