    You have literally saved me from my finals. I do not learn in uni instead I learn from you. Many things to learn in the future but there is an incredible amount of tutorials that have helped me shape my revit experience. YOURE THE BOSS. THANK YOU!

    I have learnt a lot from your videos, these are really helpful. I just want to thank you, and yeah you are doing a great job. I completed my recent college project, a stadium. Your videos were really helpful through the whole project, I wish I could show you my design.

    You make it look so simple 👍. I’m from Ireland so I have seen that bridge loads of times but never in the open position

    If anyone is interested in only modeling in 3D set a hot key to work plane and then select pick a plane whenever you need to model something again. With combination of model lines you can model everything entirely in 3d and forget the standard elevation views. Keyborard shortcut 33 for work plane. 22 for model line and 11 for dimension. QQ for pick lines. WW for create extrusion. EE for rectangles in drawing mode. TR for trim. TT for selection box 3D for the 3d view etc. Speed up your work flow by forgetting clicking the ribbon bar and the old Keyborard shortcuts such as AL for align (what you want to do is keep your eyes on the screen the whole time which will save you countless hours) centralize all shortcuts to the double click of 1 hand. Hide your project browser/properties panel/tool ribbon with shortcuts too. Let your drafting view be full screen (not squeezed in the middle or the right) and all your tools on your left hand. Of course not every tool can be at the left hand but it's about understanding your work flow at the time and changing the shortcuts to speed up the task.

    Hi Balkan, very good tutorial, but I would like to see the curve of the bridge. I was waiting that part in your video. Is it possible to add this option? Thank you.

    Nice, only I would have used sweep instead of extrusion to make the base of the bridge so you can make the curved arc shape of the bridge, way more realistic.

    The thing about modeling with families is you cannot do section boxes and you cannot hide elements. It's too restrictive in that way. Other useful tools such as create similar don't exist which are very useful. I would model it in a normal project then export it out as a family

    Why Modeling in revit if you can model it in Rhino? Serious. Rhinoinsiderevit objects in revit are not editable? (native ones). Thanks

    • @AussieBIMGuru
      @AussieBIMGuru 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Rhino returns direct shape or freeform only unless you use points to place adaptives - not editable in Revit once added from Rhinl Inside.

    Dude... I love your work (it's making the lockdown tolerable) but please.... Please stop saying "there we go". Did half of the office building videos from your patron page and it was driving me nuts. It gets so tedious to hear over and over and over again.
