Just to remind you if the hitch is not entering fully the socket on the car you will need to reset the tow hitch . First holding the hitch in the right hand ball end towards you bush the locking devise right in
I need to reset my tow bar but it doesn't reset!!! I've followed the steps on how to do it and know am doing it correctly, but it's not working. I've only just had this fitted to my car in the last afew weeks and think it maybe faulty? Had anyone else had the same problem.

I wish Witter explained this better in the instruction manual. They don't mention charging it anywhere. Thank goodness for utube!!!
