Thank you Mr. Harvey. I stepped out on faith and jumped! I know that my life is supposed to be more than it is right now. I jumped into to wholesaling. I had no experience, and I educated myself with TH-cam videos. The first property I managed to get under contract, but I couldn’t find a cash buyer. Then I tried to find a hard money lender and all of them said no. Because the property’s sale price was too low. I only had 30 days before closing and now I was down to less than a week. I prayed and was led to just ask my credit union for a loan. I was approved! Today I am on my way to closing on my first investment property that already has a tenant. Thank you Mr. Harvey for being obedient to God and telling your story.
Us older people have the wisdom and patience to take on something new. Experience cannot be discounted. I find that all the experiences are useful in some way and they come together. 😊

I was surprised I found this program on You Tube, the only thing I knew about Harvey was seeing him in TV and Miss Universe Pageants, when I heard this today for the first time I was shocked, and I hear christian tv, I went to church and have heard powerful sermons, I think the sermons went through my ears, I thought I knew God, I am 73 yrs.and not living free of fears, pills, anxiety, sleeping pills for so many years, feels like I have wasted these years, that I even think if things can turn around for me! I do not know if you never experienced that plotting is very powerful could you imagine when some body with authority in response to someone who is complaining about their pain of injustice and the authority replied by saying to the people that are watching or listening there are things that you do not know without giving any explanation or talked public so everyone could hear both Side of the story and the same person of the authority said that i have to be careful because I am in danger so what is he going to do in order for him to save me ? W hen i know his job is to serve and protect people in Boston. MR Harvey that is only the house that i have worked hard since1978 in Boston. I wonder why a person with authority if he knows there is a problem and he does not prevent it. God bless your support and i know he has the last word.
