    Damn, that is a niceley cooked steak right there, but ohhh god that sliced/stuffed zucchini looks hella delicious!
    Maybe one day I'll have a flamberge myself. Only thing that bothers me, is that it seems to be kinda loud.

    Thanks for your videos. I was wondering what are the withe threads for? Are they burning? Do you replace them?

      Synthetic wicks pull the heat up through the vaulted back of the unit, allowing the radiant heat to gently cook foods as they rotate slowly on a spit over the flame. They never need replacement as long as you do not touch them with your fingers.
