Modifying the scripts is somewhat possible once you decompile the game's .bgw. As for making maps, Theoretically, yes. You could make a new map/level, assuming that you're able to pinpoint which section of data corresponds to the particular model, and have access to the game's Software development kit, then you could probably create a custom level.
Given Zephyr's elemental mastery of wind, one would assume that his ability to transform himself into a tornado comes with a defensive mechanism from any incoming threats.
