Your vids helped me a lot learning to play bass. Can you maybe teach to play Strange things by Ronnie Davis? It's a great reggea tune but I can't figure the bass line out.

Thanks. I've just done bass lines from songs that I've already recorded, so there is a backing track with no bass to play along with. Good tune, not heard it before.

@@chrispaws9294 The tune is awesome and almost hypnothic. I managed to find the chords on the piano and also chords and riff on the guitar, but the bass line confuses me. Sometimes it sounds like the bass plays the guitar riff. If I try to play the guitar riff on bass it doesn't sound right. Hope you can help out, what notes you think are played on bass?

@@arghapirate2427 Im not great at working songs out. Think this is gm gm Bb Bb f f gm gm. Bass sounds like it's roots and 5ths mostly. So g root is E string 3rd fret, fifth is A string 5th fret. Same shape each chord. Root notes 3 3, 6 6, 1 1,3 3 👍
