Hi I have been following the above and also clicked on the link above . When I clicked the on / off button for longer than 2 sec with the connect button together , the roger sekect just turned itself off . If I used the connect button only , the light at the connect bottom still going red . I have Phonak audeo hearing aids . Will appreciate your advice . Help pls !
Hi there, thanks for reaching out. It would be helpful to confirm whether your model is a Select 3 or a different version. If your device is a Select 3 and pressing the power + connect button causes it to turn off, it might be due to the connect button not being pressed correctly. Please try pressing both buttons again, ensuring they are held down properly. If it is indeed a Select 3, and you’ve already installed the receivers, you can simply press connect. Ensure that your hearing aids are within 10 cm of the Select device to establish a connection.
I have watched the video but am still unable to install the receivers. is it button 2 first and then button 1 (on/off)? Or is it supposed to be together? I can get a flashing blue light but a red light comes on in a couple of seconds before i can turn on the hearing aid. I have tried several times. Help!!cliff

Hello, I have the same problem as all the comments here. The device switches off when I press the 2 buttons indicated at the same time. The model is only marked “Roger Select”. What should I do?

@@phonak Hello, the Roger Select was purchased on February 23, 2024. I have just received my new phonak infinio sphere hearing aids. I would like to connect my Roger Select to my new hearing aids. Between February and today, my Roger Select was connected via a Roger X to a ComPilot II. This worked very well. I had Audeo 90Rs. When I press the “link” button (the one with a sign like the infinity symbol or a chain link) and not “Bluetooth” at the same time as the main button, my Roger Select switches off. Is this a firmware problem? Does the fact of having been programmed with a Roger X have any influence, is the latter “locked in” with the Roger X? The strange thing is that I can pair the Roger Select with an iPhone. But nothing works with my new devices.
