Armani Code Absolu by Giorgio Armani is a Oriental Spicy fragrance for men. This is a new fragrance. Armani Code Absolu was launched in 2019. The nose behind this fragrance is Antoine Maisondieu. Top notes are green mandarin and apple; middle notes are orange blossom, nutmeg and carrot seeds; base notes are suede, tonka bean, vanilla and woody notes.

Only thing I would change is that spraying at that moment only allows someone to smell the opening. Your date will not be typically smelling the opening
I bought Prada black because of its dry down. I literally bought spicebomb extreme over it originally. But on the way home, my hands that I used to sample them… the smell from spicebomb extreme was great but from Prada Black it was intoxicating. I couldn’t get enough. Literally drove back to return spicebomb and picked up Prada Black🔥

I picked up Prada Black on smell test at Ulta round Christmas and love the scent and get compliments around work. Gonna know try absolu based on this to add into the frag collection.

I went to a store to buy a fresh cologne (dior homme cologne) bought it and randomly tried absolu which I really liked right away but had never heard of it so went to youtube to watch a review and chose to watch this cool video. Went to the store the next day and bought absolu and ordered (blind buy) prada lrb too since they didnt have it there, received it yesterday. When I first tried it I didnt like it but it grew on me quickly. The drydown has the slightly sweet powdery accord that I truly love in prada lhomme but way moRe noticeable. LRB is how I want to smell at night from now on. Thank you guys!

I think the Prada Carbon and Black are fantastic smelling fragrances. However I don’t get that much of a “summer” style/vibe like a couple of the girls did. But good video!!
Code Absolu is discounted. I’m glad I picked up a full bottle a year ago. Great fragrance for date night.

I have two 50 ml. bottle of Prada Luna Rossa Black. When I first tried it, I loved it at first sniff.
I got a spray sample at macys and immediately loved the smell and how it wasnt too strong. I bought it and immediately it smelled different. It smelled wayyyy more strong and almost peppery. The next day my clothes ended up smelling like how I remembered it on the sample. Help? Loll

Luis Phillips they are just different. Profumo is more sweet. Absolu is less sweet with a few added notes. Personally I like the dry down of absolu a little bit more. Both are good scents though. Profumo is better for colder weather

Really cool concept for a video! I love that they were actually sprayed on your skin and several women gave their input. The only thing I don't like is that there is no opportunity to give the opinion of the scent after dry down on your skin. I personally do not like the top notes of Armani Code Absolu but once it dries down... I cannot stop sniffing it on my husband. 😂

Still these two. Still modern. Still not worn by the masses. Still get crazy good reactions. We just filmed a new date night video for February featuring some 2021 releases and outside of the most wanted being a nice edition, would still recommend these two for dates. Jeff and Luke, now that you've had time to test Date for Men, did it exceed Prada Luna Rossa Black, or are they now equal on the same level, or how is your experience with it? :-)
Sympalogy Date for men is perfect to go on an actual date with. Prada Black is a cuddle scent. Armani code Absolu is a little bit of both. All three can be used for everything though. I wore date for men yesterday and it was nicely received.

I'd love to know preference between Parfums de Marly Sedley and Kalan before I put forth money on a bottle.
John Metzger I haven’t smelled Kalan yet. But what I found from Sedley was a familiar smelling Fresh scent. I enjoyed it and thought it smelled nice, it smelled like stuff you have smelled before. Which isn’t a bad thing, but just be aware as it is expensive. I’ve heard Kalan is a masculine take of BR540, but doesn’t really smell like 540...so I need to get my nose on that!
Bro what’s your opinion on Luna Rossa Black? The girls love it but I’ve bought 2 bottles and I can barely smell it to the point I’m not sure if it’s worth wearing.
It’s awesome. You might be going noseblind to it. It’s a soft cuddle scent. Spray your skin & clothes. I usually do 7-8 sprays when I wear it.

Same situations but they do smell different. Both rock that fizzy tonka bean vibe, code Absolu is a little louder and has a slight suede leather undertone.
Chelsea is definitely my favorite lol between Prada Black VS Armani Code Absolu.....Absolu by a hair under my personal preference. Prada Black well definitely get you that positive female attention

I think the Armani Code is probably the better one from the look at the reactions. Immediately their natural reaction when they smelled Armani they were like"this smells good" compared to Prada where they had to put their thinking hat on to like it. They are both good but naturally they like Armani right off the bat.

phoenix either one of these is perfect. I’m surprised she doesn’t like Wanted by a night! Go to Macy’s, spray one on each hand and then decide. You honestly can’t go wrong. Although I’d find out what kind of scents she does like.

My Dick is Tiny BUT they are very different from each other. Carbon is in the veins of Sauvage and is more versatile. Prada black is a Sparkling Tonka that works best in cooler weather or night times. Carbon Projects, Black is more intimate.

Nicolas Farah absolu has better performance of the two and projects more. Black is better when it comes to cuddling though and close encounters. Both work great for formal attire.

I was at the fragrance counter today and was smelling a lot of different fragrances. I am a collector but haven't really been up to date with the fragrances that have been released since 2016 besides the new Thierry Muglers that have been coming out (for the record, A*men Ultimate was a HUGE disappointment, thanks L'oreal). I smelled a few from Salvatore Ferragamo which I really liked. However, I came across Armani Code Absolu and was drawn to the unique bottle. I owned/own a few Codes such as: Armani Code original, Armani Code Ultimate and Armani Code Ice. This one however blew me away. I wasn't expecting such a well put together fragrance. I immediately said "wow" and I never usually say that about many fragrances. This one took me by a surprise wanted to snag a bottle. Smart of me to completely ignore the associates trying to sell me the small bottle for almost $150 and I went online to purchase for a much more discounted price. I wanted to make sure to get it before the reformulation takes into effect because I know it will eventually. Armani Code Absolu is definitely worth it and smells great

Jeremy Ee Shao Wei tough choice. Go and smell each of them. The One has a tobacco note, but isn’t as sweet as these. 3 great scents

Code Absolu is a little louder and projects more. Prada black sits a little bit closer and is great when your date nuzzles in close. Both work great for good attention. So which ever one you need more (more projection, or more cuddly)

Man in Black is more of a cold weather fragrance for a night out. Prada Black is more of a fall/ winter or spring nights date night scent.

I've been in the fragrance game since 2007 and I've been using fragrances since 1996. For me, D&G By Man was the best scent ever made for men. Armani Code Absolu took its place after 17 years for me.

it's a beautiful scent that really pops when you smell it on someone.
Prada black for me. I smell too girly when I wear Absolu. In fact I gave my bottle to a female friend. She loves it on herself and was surprised that this was a guys perfume! She prefers musky woody smells than sweet vanilla on a guy.

The Armani code absolu only smells good on the opening, but when it comes to the dry down, it becomes to sweet and to vanilla, and i hate it! I dont want to smell like vanilla going on a date! So i sold my bottle of Absolu!

My go to date night perfumes are Dior Homme Parfum, Creed Aventus and the most under rated Azzaro Wanted, I prefer it over wanted by night. The dry down of wanted is way way better than wanted by night. I get a lot of complement from that.

I currently have these fragrances from the house of Armani:
1. Giorgio Armani Acqua di Gio.
2. Giorgio Armani Profumo.
3. Armani Code Profumo.
4. Armani Code Absolu.
So for my preference Armani Code Absolu wins!!!

PLRB is great for dates, netflix and chill and even for going out or work. Armani Code Absolu works well with dating but clubbing as well.

I love the Code line, but had to wash off Absolu. It was a scrubber for sure. Found it vile... That boozy suede note wasn't good to me. Prada Luna Rossa Black is a 10/10
