The explanation of answer in the business/workshop question seems to be vague as earlier it was instructed that reasoning should originate only from the fact or principle however in the options there was no reasoning for a development of workshop in the fact which thus seems to be hypothetical to the actual fact at hand. Because there was no reasoning regarding a workshop being developed ,how exactly do we assume if at all there is a workshop in the business ?? Please clarify

I don't think the answer is correct in question "Koohinoor company" (please give question number) anyways, explaination is ki Kohinoor Company would be liable because Samuel was negligent for asking Mohammed to drive. Vicarious liability, also known as imputed negligence, is a legal doctrine that holds a person liable for an injury caused by someone else if they have a particular relationship with the person who acted negligently.
