I have owned over so many fifa games, even in the old consoles such as ps1,2 and so many Pro evolution, and if there is 1 game that hasn’t really developed except with the graphics and the new engines, it’s FIFA, fifa just always been not right, Pro is the best football in PlayStation hands down, before anyone comments first play fifa and PES and play for many many games and compare.
Such a shame how they let this all this momentum and potential just die. Had they kept this formula and just fine tuned the little things on an annual basis, we'd have pretty great game by now. I truly believe that.

There are number of improvements, it's just that they are done on much smaller parts of the game which are incredibly difficult to notice just by playing. The movement of the player is much more realistic and feels heavier to control, it blows PES 2013 out of the water or any PES that came out after it. The graphics are much better, the game runs at native 4K 60FPS. If you were to play this one next to PES 2013 side by side, you would notice a huge difference. PES is a sports game, and just by watching it is not enough to evaluate if the game improved over older versions, you have to play it to fully appreciate the game.

FIFA is good but it is too arcade for me on the pitch nothing special hasn't been post FIFA 14 despite them heavily getting competitions and club licenses and gets boring very quickly especially career mode, while ML on PES is better more fun and the gameplay on pitch is far superior too.

Arguably PES 17-19 were some of the best games they've made in regards to gameplay on the pitch.
