You know I've been watching Pauly for almost three decades. Then his Random Rants. I never realized until now, how real he is. It's cool and refreshing.
Pauly is such a damn good person. He really wants to know why some fans are still hardcore fans. That's legit. A lot of us fans do not ask for much. You made her eternity.
The way Pauly treated Courtney is every fans dream. He is such a sweetheart for taking her and her friend out and getting to know them mom a personal level. I'm 36 and remember when Pauly was on MTV, I loved Son In Law and Bio-dome! You never see famous people doing what he does, with their fans. So cool.
Pauly keeps making these "I used to be huge, my mom owned the comedy store...I'm a lonely guy" docs.....and I keep watching them....This is brilliant .
@First Munch To love another, you must first love yourself. Way deeper than "pussy on tap," but , that all in the eye of the individual. I would have to say, while there are definitely people who live "that life," for the most part, as we get older, MOST of us are done with the kid stuff and want that "one" to be there for the best part of our lives. And what it's also important, is.......when that "one " finds you; they could very well be the window into your soul, who shows you the way . And while they cannot do the work for you, they WILL walk through life with you; always. And, that's how you know she's the one🥰
Carlosmares only those that pay their bills. They won’t be thinking “Thomas Edison” they’d be thinking “California Edison” lol jkjk sure someone did get it tho
This took me back... to The Comic Strip about 6 years ago and being invited to pre-screen a new documentary by none other than the great Pauly Shore. Its funny where life takes us. I am no longer in El Paso, but just outside Rochester, MN, where I cover a territory encompassing most of where this film was shot. Age isn't kind to most of us, we just have to remember to keep driving forward, and picking up the pieces when our loved ones cannot. I remember learning of your mother's ailment before this film, but this film made it real for many of us. I still appreciate how you refused to put her on camera in order to preserve her legacy how she was, not how she became toward the end. When I heard of her passing, I remember thinking that she finally found herself again in whatever follows this life. Hopefully the stress has lessened in the past couple years. I would love to hang out and "party" in a totally middle-aged-friendly manner (no Mayor Nik here) the next time you are up this way... and perhaps we'll run into Patience again? LOL Don't worry... we'll be home way before midnight.
Hey Pauly! I don't know if you will ever read this, but you have been my childhood memory! I'm now 35 and me and my friends watched all of your movies. Now, when I feel bad or just need to have a good laugh I watch your movies again. Bro, don't worrie... you don't need a legacy in Hollywood, you are already a HERO for many many people all over the world. It's better to stay close to yourself and be a honest buddy. Love you man! Greetings from The Netherlands.
Never heard of him until I saw that podcast with Joey and I just really didn’t like how he treated lee so that’s the only impression I got from him was that podcast
Love it Pauly, I just lost my mom last Tuesday, she was 51, so hard to deal with at times and We all go through our own shit I guess, its refreshing seeing this whole tour and real people across our amazing country. Youre an icon to a lot of people, God bless and would love to come to a show one day if you're ever in Eastern PA! Take it easy man!
I lived in Missouri which is a pretty rural state. I lived in a bunch of small towns and none had a comedy club. Pretty surprised any of this little towns have. a comedy club
Thank you ... going through losing my mom and only family I have left.. this was a kind reminder of what life is really about. Eternal peace and blessings to you...
Great film Pauly!!! My mother is in early stages of Parkinson's and it's not easy. Glad to see how strong you were and are on your journey. I love you man, keep on grinding!!
When I was in my 20's I was one of your biggest fans. Now that I am older I still have one of the biggest places in my heart for you. My friends think its funny but I dont care what they think. I think you have one of the biggest hearts I have ever seen. But my reason for saying all this is you want to know why some of your biggest fans love you. Watching you in your movies and on MTV was what saved me when I was young. I had a very hard childhood and young adulthood. You were my piece of sunshine happiness in a dark world. I will ALWAYS love you for that and will never forget it. Now you still make me laugh and show more of 'you' to the world and I feel priveleged you have let us in your life like this. See ya in the comments on the next video!
I saw this back when it first came out but it hits harder now cause my father whom I helped take care passed away in June. He was 86. He was hurting too. Thanks Pauly your a good son I’m sure.

This was really well done. I love Pauly Shore. My mom who isn't even old yet, she's like 40, showed me Pauly's movies. She was like 15-16 during his hay day, and had the biggest crush on him. haha anyway now I'm like 27 and I follow all of Polly's comedy and podcasts. Im in Austin and Polly I hope u move out here! Lemme work for you brooo. haha but for real we love you Pauly. And thank the lawd for your Mom.

Saw Pauly a few years back at the La Jolla comedy store. He brought his dogs up on stage and said "I'm not gonna be funny tonight guys". Then he told us about his mom being sick. It was kind of a downer. Glad he's still doing okay. I'm going through the same thing with my parents so I get it. Time flies
Lost my Mother a year ago unexpectedly. I'm 33 and have two amazing kids. It hurts the most knowing they don't have any grandparents around except for the 1 unfortunately. Really greatful my dad is still kicking, and my kids have atleast one grandparent. Amazing documentary! Thank you for being the light in the dark for so many people Pauly 👏
Hi Pauly, Really enjoyed this. I would like people to know this is the way you really are. My husband used to do air conditioning on a sound stage where they filmed Jury Duty. He has always said Pauly was the only 'star' that treated him like a equal. 'Just a real person' which was rare on that sound stage. I admire you much, Love the wife of "The guy with the working mans hands"

Thank you for the beautiful Documentary, my mom passed away in 2015.. towards her last 4 years of her life she was in bed rest couldn’t talk or move due to stroke. I would like to think she didn’t suffer but I know deep inside she was in pain in those last 3 years.. everyday we would come to the nursing home place n try to make it comfortable for her the best we can. Man I could watch this documentary for ever . To see the ups and downs of people that have made it into tv and your still a normal person at the end of the day and real problems happen that we never get to see . Sorry about your mom I lost my dad two years and it still stings everyday but he taught me a lot and I can use those tools today .
Awe had to add this comment i lost both my parents this year they were 62 and 65 they were my best friends in this whole world . I was their home care nurse it was so sad to see them slowly pass and fade i miss them everyday my heart feels empty most days. but they were truly the best people in this world and the love they gave me i still fell near. But it was good to hear that i am not alone Thank you
My father passed in January, he was like both parents and a best friend to me and every day since then has been a miserable struggle of loneliness and depression. This was awesome to watch and I’d be lying if I said it didn’t make me cry. 💙
Pauly, no joke, I really enjoy this documentary. I was thinking about it the other day, the part where you went to Wisconsin where your parents met and you talked to your dad about it. It's touching. Thanks for posting a legit version of it so we can all watch it. Love you, bud.
I love you Pauly, I had the biggest crush on you when I was a young girl lol I enjoyed this documentary. Your craft, your compassion, Your humbleness- loved it all
Thank u man, to watch them slowly fade is hell, especially when u can’t help them, no matter how many times u wish or cross your fingers, they still fade, yet somehow one knows if they’re life was lived well, and she lived hers, we are all in transit until our marks are left, so sleep easy my friend hers was 10 fold 🤘🏼
Evansville Indiana wasn't a high note lol....but man,I've been here this long...... loyalty is everything to me. You're genuine.....I appreciate it. Good to see you still getting the love bro
I just found out about this documentary after seeing the suggestion for this once I finished watching “Pauly Shore Is Dead”. My best friend and I saw Pauly perform live in DC last night, we went to the early show because I’m an “old” 41 year old. His stand up set is hilarious, he shows his sweet and goofy side with hints of vulnerability (which are also apparent in the two documentaries) but it doesn’t come off like we need to pity him. If you’re reading this Pauly, thank you for the smiles and laughs, whether they were at you/with you. Your movies provided me with an escape to just feel happy and pause from the hectic reality of growing up/feeling out of place. PS - does anybody know what the name of the song and artist that’s playing in the end credits? PPS - this year it’ll be 20 years since I lost my Mom and anyone that says that “time heals all wounds” is lying. It makes the grieving easier but it’s a weird rollercoaster of emotions, some days are bitter but other days are better 💜
"Just because Hollywood stop giving me movies doesn't mean I stopped being pauly" that's the realist shit
You know I've been watching Pauly for almost three decades. Then his Random Rants. I never realized until now, how real he is. It's cool and refreshing.
You people are stupid, the meaning of life is not sus'ed up through someone else's take... God bless! But no thanks

This could have lasted for 5 hours and I would have been stuck to it the entire time. Great shit Pauly
same!
@Nick Neff Just because the movie ended doesn't mean the camera stopped rolling. There might be a sequel coming soon....

Definitely the genius/mature side of Pauly Shore. Growing up ain’t so bad.....

Pauly, no joke, I really enjoy this documentary. I was thinking about it the other day, the part where you went to Wisconsin where your parents met and you talked to your dad about it. It's touching. Thanks for posting a legit version of it so we can all watch it. Love you, bud.
Man, I never stopped loving you. You're real and that's comforting. Keep your head up and your pants down.
I love you Pauly, I had the biggest crush on you when I was a young girl lol
I enjoyed this documentary. Your craft, your compassion, Your humbleness- loved it all
Never thought I'd cry that much watching this...life

Lost my father last year... luv u broooo. Hope to meet ya one day. Thank you for being vulnerable.
This was beautiful to watch.
I love the ending of this. It's so loving and meaningful something people have such a hard time keeping in touch with.
This is random, but a Pauly Shore guest spot on The Trailer Park Boys would be awesome!
TPB is a cartoon now
@@mclovinu69 I thought that was separate. The new season they are filming right now?
@@All_Eyes_On_G It is separate. They've already filmed season 13 live action Jail Series.
Watching Pauly struggle with a suitcase in every town was a major highlight!
Really heart felt honest journey, nice work PS!
He has a beautiful heart.
brett linthicum faith is knowing something is there that you can’t see
I just found out about this documentary after seeing the suggestion for this once I finished watching “Pauly Shore Is Dead”.
