- Cause
- motor not connected or motor contactor open.
- no DC link voltage present.
- Motor Module defective.
Remedy: - connect the motor or check the motor contactor.
- check the DC link voltage
- check the Motor Module.
In this case first we have to check motor winding.power cable and encoder cable if found ok then we can interchange the spindle drive with okay machine mostly motor defective.

Hi guys. I want to tell you that i passed with this problem since 1 month ago (but with Z axis).so i want to share with you the solution i found, is i just disconnected the drive cliq connected with servo motor (Z axis) and blow on it (used my breathing air). In the end it works
So maybe it will work with you.

If any alarm exist in Machine check, or Diagnosis Emergency PLC ladder, check all emergency signals are getting ON
