- My Second name which is Gakii means Grinding. On this day we were making the Traditional Meru Porridge which happens to be where my second name Originates from.
Fermented porridge is know to help in reducing weight too according to the research on the internet.
I loved each and every single moment while making this one. Fam really hyped me up on this one and had a lot of fun while making it too.
On the process of making the fermented porridge we also made Traditional African Wine as well. Make sure you watch to the end to see how we made African wine

What you washed first was wimbi. I think the english name is finger millet
