People are only now waking up cause it's gone beyond London when it used to just be gangs fighting each other over postcode wars, now it's over petty stuff that used to be a fistfights or mentally insane rampages. I don't know how you change that, but it starts at home with parents. Boxing/social clubs always help, but not anymore, it's gone from contained issue to national issue not just some kids like Aj. Kids who grew up on socials are terrifying.
