Somewhere on the internet, there is a video of him absolutely jamming to "achy breaky heart" on stage. When asked if he's embarrassed about it, his attitude is like "shit no, do you know how much I got paid to do that?!"

But he just scored back to back #1 albums… not too many people hates him it sounds like. Like a vocal minority. He’s (let’s be real, Travis.) is bringing that sound back, and it’s at least bringing new fans to the genre and maybe getting them into instruments maybe.

My husband went to high school with Art Cruz who is the drummer of Lamb of God. Kid was a total douche back then and thought he was better than anyone. Cockiness ego aside, he is an amazing drummer. So I guess he can justify thinking he was the best, at least from our city haha. I am not sure how he landed that gig, but good for him.

True but i'd argue that Pattinson was very self aware from the very beginning, he was hated just for his role. He didn't even liked the character of Edward that much. Mgk just have to become a likable human being.
I'd play the gig for FREE just to be able to say I played headline shows and/or festivals. My band had a guitarist who was a cousin of Kyle Kyle from Bang Tango and we garnered interest from MCA Records but broke up before we were to open for Bang Tango on a Midwest theater tour. MISSED OPURTUNITY for some guitar cred for me!
Youve got a pretty distorted view of what its like to tour. I will admit though, you said it, id just do it so i could get tight with travis and either try to start a band with him or take matts job in blink
