Sir please help me with this , mera ek friend hai jisne regular rounds me general(open) se participate kiya tha lekin use ab special round me general (EWS) se participate karna hai to wo kaisa kar paega and category change ko option use kab aur kaha dikhega

Sir , mujhe general round 1or 2 m seat allot hue the pr Maine surrender & upgrade for next round Kiya tha par 3rd round m mujhe kuch nhi mila ...idhr COAP 9th round main mujhe IIT Patna milgya or main yhi admission le rha hu ..or Maine CCMT se withdraw nhi kiya tha to SAF wala 30k kaise wapis aayega ??
