Try putting an ice pack wrapped in some napkins at the base of the back of your neck. Put it on for a short while only. This will help to reduce the swelling of the blood vessel that trigger migraines. That helps a lot with migraines. I’m a medical instructor and suffer from. migraines also

Such a weird experience this video. I often watch in bed and so have my glasses off, meaning a certain amount of blurriness is normal. With this one I kept squinting trying to fix the blur when before remembering it’s on purpose. 😂
I didn't realize she got clearer as the video progressed until after I watched it 5 times because I was so confused. Then I realized it and was like ohhh that's good
I nearly started to fiddle with settings before I realized that no, this is probably just what this video is supposed to look like, at least for now. 😆
