Estimating energy supply and requirements of dairy cows

Monday, August 9 at noon (Central time), Bill Weiss, a professor emeritus at The Ohio State University, will present “Estimating energy supply and requirements of dairy cows.”
Although energy is usually the first limiting nutrient, dietary energy and energy requirements are difficult to measure, and we often rely on equations developed decades ago. Revised methods too estimate energy supply and requirements will be discussed.
