@@stockpilenyc5394 got mine in horse leather, worn them a tonne now so the leather has definitely softened up a fair amount. Always helps to condition the leather
Would you say they stretch a lot to fit? I had a 43 (my tts) and couldn't even fit my foot in enough to zip it up at first. They stretched enough to zip all the way up after 2 weeks but were still quite tight. Thinking that a 44 would work but I see so many conflicting things on sizing for these
Yeah there sizing is a bit strange and differs from model to model. Being that it is leather it should stretch a little. Mine haven't really stretched though.
The shoes are object died so the leather shrinks post the actual boots being made / put on the last. Buy your true to size in Nike sneakers i'm a 42 in Guidi but 41 in other designer footwear. Hope this helps!
guidis new you will want to size up because they will be tight but used you will go more true to size since they are broken in and the leather has stretched to the correct suzing
Hey man dont be close minded. If we can use cows for leather why not horse? horse meat is popular in parts of europe so the leather is a by product. Its pretty tasty. Mongolians eat a lot of horse meat too.
Ahahah great point ! I get you, I just find it a bit weird bc in America horse leather is rarely used & I'm pretty sure it's illegal to consume horse meat. I'd definitely try it if I was in a different country
I WANT THE BACK ZIPPPSSSS A A A AAA been wanting to buy them for a while but i need a few good pairs of jeans first looking at rick or helmut for those rn. thanks for the vid!!!
Have you never researched the history of Guidi Italian footwear? If you didn't pay a *MINIMUM* of $2,000 for these boots new you got ripped off with a fake. Even used, these *genuine* resell for no less than $1,000. They are a multi-generational hand crafted shoe company that has been creating the Best of the Best and selling through the most exclusive storefronts with each shoe and boot being covered for Life. Indeed this does Appear to look like one of their classic designs but if you paid $700 for these you have a fake on your hands. The issue you have pointed out with the zipper is a dead giveaway. 3+ generations of cobblers don't 'fuck up' a zipper like that. Also, in Italy and many other parts of the world using horse leather is perfectly common. It appears that you dropped a bundle of cash without fully researching your product beforehand. However, I am glad that you are at least mostly pleased with the pair that you did receive.
guidis resell for 700+ used if you got them new from a seller for under 1000 you may have brought a fake especially if it’s from a thailand seller but anything under 1000 used is a good price since guidis new are about 1000-1500
Ssense has usually got quite a few styles of Guidi on sale a few times a year for under $1200. If you know how to shop you can absolutely get these for under 2k lmfao you got ripped off. Even at boutiques in Santa Fe and LA that I have seen they’re usually not 2k, maybe for like a limited model like the painted or metallic leather pairs. Agreed you definitely shouldnt be trying to buy these from a reseller, I personally would only buy from an authorized retailer
Also purchased my pair of guidi 310s from the same seller and I couldn’t be happier. Love the back zip on these
310s are sick too! What kind of leather?

Ayyyyye let's go. Yeah condition should help, I don't think I've conditioned mine at all yet ahaha
What’s the difference between this and the 788z? I always wanted that one but idk why
Just got a pair of 788zs...what a boot! already looking into the front zips now...its like an addiction :D
Aha funny you say that I was looking into pl2s(front zips) the other day too! Definitely addicting
Update on them? How has it been wearing them?
What size do you usually wear in US sneakers?

also the zipper they use is ass it’s not a guidi made zipper but the excella zipper which is known to buss.
Made in Taiwan, famous for very good fake shoes and boots. I doubt that these are even horse hide, but rather very thick cow hide.
