I think you downplayed Mou's achievements at Real a bit. He achieved a historic league season in 2011/12, breaking record after record, and more importantly brought with him a winning mentality that still resonates today. And although he couldn't win a CL, he certainly laid the groundwork for Real's successes over the next few years.
As a Barca supporter, I loathe Mourinho. But as a football lover, I respect what he did to Real during his first 2 years at the club (though his third year at Real exposed him to the world as a butthurt little man, and he should have got fired).

I took the time to read Seneca´s Adoptive Son´s comment, and I think he (self-proclaimed "son") was just in a wrong video.
