Looked like an International Seeder (Combine to us, your combine is our header) in the background. I couldn’t get a good look but it looked like a 511 which may have been built in Australia. They were an Australian thing if that is what it was. Most cereals etc would have been sown here by one of those by various manufacturers up to 28 rows and in multiples if you had a bigger tractor. The International ones were the one of choice. Air seeders have taken over now mostly. Nice 1680 Header. They were a good machine. They did them as a PTO machine for the Canadians and it was the 1682.
A good mate of mine has a landini same as that one, a good, simple, rugged tractor, perfect for rural ireland. Was a great budget bit of power back when it was new.
Always feel sad at genuine farm sales especially ones with older kit knowing the land will either be built on or farmed by a large corporation and the old buildings sold off for conversion.
I know your a busy man but are you going to do anything with the Belarus? Really enjoyed the vids of you saving it with the TW and getting it fired up. Would be lovely to see it in action one day or moved on in place of another project. The auction vids are always a good watch thanks for sharing.
Good auction review George, thought the axial flow would have made a bit more than that, glad to hear you've not given up on the Belarus and just leaving it as an anchor for when the river rises 🤔😁
Hi George the same Bomford I was interested in at six mile bottom sale made £4000 needless to say I was gutted I’d was thinking £1500 o well you never know 🤷♂️👍
those tractors weren't dear i didn't think .......that 7810 looked pretty tidy .....you see some of them going for 20k+ sometimes. it's a funny thing with tractors .......as you say that landini still got some work left in it yet not big money. i went to a collective sale a while back and there was a 2008 Fendt there that belonged to a contractor so had done a lot of hours and apparently the gearbox was knackered on it and it made 50k. very often the less well known makes are a better buy providing you can get parts ok
Admit it George, your gutted you bought that belarus..lol Done the same.. Bought an old bike, and never bothered to check what really needed to be done to it.. Waste of time it was..

That Landini was a steal! Funny when you want to buy something it goes for a lot but when you sell something it's less than you thought

Did Landini use Massey parts??
Weren't they involved with McCormic? MF 600 series used Landini cabs.
