I want to create the dimension on the centerline of a system of holes split evenly on the circle. This seems to be much harder. Please show me a solution
Hi there. I've been using the Attribute Helper for a while now. Is there a way to create arrays? I have a part with up to 50 bolt holes (driven by a configurator) that I want to automatically dimension to in my drawing without having to create 50 individual attributes.
Hi, When i save and run the rule I get this error message 'Error on Line 47 : 'oTG' is not declared. It may be inaccessible due to its protection level.' Did you referance the oTG in another rule?
This is amazing! I have a configurator for one of my company's product lines, using attribute helper and your method, I am nearly able to automate the drawings as well. The only detail I am struggling with is referencing blind holes. Is there a way to reference a hidden line in a drawing using attribute helper? Thank you!
Thanks for the comments ... I dont monitor the comments so hadn't seen that questions had been asked ... apologies. I'll be doing a hands on lab session at AU London 2018 this year on Drawing Automation and code / examples should be available on the AU website (All going well). If you need help then please contact Symetri directly info@symetri.com. As for the text in this example, the PowerPoint is available to view with the rules viewer.autodesk.com/share/59160f3613f3120a64fd4abd
