Dal Jo Phulko | Thadri Special | Sindhi Stuffed Dal Paratha Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup Kneaded Dough (gehun ka atta)
1/2 cup yellow moong dal (split yellow gram)
a pinch turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 Green Chilli
salt to taste
oil as required
Method
Clean, wash and soak moong dal in enough water for an hour.
Drain and cook the dal with 1/2 cup of water.
cook till Dal becomes very dry.
Keep aside to cool.
Add Chilli powder and Green Chilli and mix well and Keep aside to cool.
Divide the dough into equal portions.
Take a portion make a small puri, place 2 tbsp of stuffing in center.
Close from all sides and roll again into thick,round paratha.
Heat a tava, place the dal paratha and cook on both sides by adding some oil.
Serve hot.
