I'm not a terribly sociable person but even I'm starting to want to get out on the odd occasion. Thanks for the virtual trip out around North Wales. Most of my early motorbike years were spent hanging out with my friends who lived there. Good old times.

Thanks for taking us on the trip with you! Found myself crouching down to look under the roofline. The head cam gives a good driver's eye view - maybe a 3D VR recording would be an interesting experiment, then we can get the full experience! Roll on Summer!

Being from the West Midlands the word ‘holiday’ to me meant a static caravan in Wales, a wet week in Saundersfoot one of the rare occasions we didn’t go to Porthmadog. There must have been a few invacars on the road in those days, as a child I had no idea what they were.
    Loved both videos.

Horn honking is the more mature alternative to Lamborghini and Ferrari drivers who ALWAYS thrash the throttle when driving through a tunnel.

Wonderful video. And yes, commenting here after I saw it entirely. Very very nice.
An idea for a video might perhaps be a wrap-up through the evolution of 2CV’s, different ranges and model line-up’s, spec or trim levels and so on. I would really love that. Just a gentle suggestion.

My MG TF Scotty still has a few problem I need to fix; The diver's door lock is jammed so won't lock, the window is a bit reluctant to wind down, and the horn don't work. Because of safety concerns, I concentrated on the horn. First I switched it for the air horn I fitted to Whisky. That didn't work. Maybe it's the earth, the weak window winder, that it probable shares with could be an indication. No, earth is fine. Then, with a multimeter, checked the voltage when pressing the buttons. Starts a 3 and drops to Zero. "Faulty buttons" I thought. Steering wheel bit worn, so needed changing anyway. Planing this for later, started doing a bit reading, and then found a link with the faults, all the relays for these things are together in the alarm module. I suspect with the door lock being jammed, each time someone went to lock it the relay got strained. Then that somehow affected the other relays. So now this means I will be taking out Whisky's module. That mean I have to swap the PCDs in the key fobs. Modern cars a fun. 🤔

When somewhere has a positive review of the toilet blocks, you know it's a camp site... :P
As for the camera stuff, maybe use a chest-mount strap (and yes, Ido recall Beardcam!!!) that is an option for many a sports-cam, or maybe even a shoulder-mount, just to have a little less "altitude issues" when it comes to going hands-free... :)

Is it my imagination or is TWC going so much better since that handbrake cable has been sorted? She seems to accelerate happier and hold her speed without much of an issue at all - got to make a blast in the country so much more pleasurable 😊
On lockdowns, yep - feel your pain there. So much driving missed out on, so many shows and meets postponed or cancelled.....but I'd rather that, than we end up worse off and hopefully one day (sooner than later) we will be able to do more of what used to be considered 'normal'.
Speaking of your trip Down Under, I still remember my chance spotting of Betty in Tirau (and grabbing a couple of sneaky pics of her incognito) quite fondly. Although we didn't get to meet at the time (because I felt you deserved some privacy and to eat your lunch in peace), I look forward to doing so at a HubNut meet one day when international travel is allowed again and we head to the UK to see family....or if you head back here again!
Still a staunch supporter of your channel and even though things haven't been as they were, you've adapted well and your content is still enlightening and uplifting, mate. Some other channels have almost gone silent by comparison, so don't worry too much. You've helped a lot of us through a very dark period in the world's recent history and continue to do so - and I cannot thank you enough for that.
