I work at a flower shop, it's not as pretty as you think sometimes. If not independent, you work with other corporations and workers are paid considering their speed when making arrangements.
It can be VERY stressful

Yes I would like to know the name of each flower or leave used. It will be very useful for my florist training. The videos are vey nice, thanks.
Starting from 2:03, the flowers she is cutting and conditioning are: dianthus (carnations), pom pom dahlias, and I'm not sure what the white and purple flowers are I'm sorry! After that, there's three types of tulips, grape hyacinth, and white lavender. The fluffy white flowers that look like dandelion could be clematis tangutica, but I'm not certain. The blue grey flowers are a type of lisianthus but I think they've been dyed, as I've never seen any in this shade. Small blue-purple flowers are scabious, and finally white roses. The flowers used in the bouquet at the end are, to my knowledge: roses, spray roses, cosmos, tulips and white lavender. Hope this helps!

Beautiful! I am a floral designer in the US. I love the simplicity and clean look of your shop! We use many buckets here in our shops and I dont think we take enough time to clean the stems as you do here. I love the clean uncluttered look of vases in your cooler as opposed to many buckets here. I notice that you use the snips to cut all your stems. Is that customary in your area? I have always been taught since learning to be a designer over 25 years ago, that a knife is used to make a better cut and also to not crush the stem. Do you ever use a knife or prefer the snips? Each flower shop has a plastic water bottle or bucket. But I think it's cleaner and prettier if you put flowers in a transparent vase. Also, I like it because I can see the water getting cloudy soon.
We sometimes use knives here, but we use more skips. In some cases, a knife is being used. But I feel more comfortable with snips.

After watching this video, I'm suddenly having the urge of becoming a florist.

저는 중학생때부터 플로리스트라는 꿈을 갖고 있었는데 이런저런 일들로 다른과의 대학교를 가게되고 22살인 지금 꽃집에서 일을 배우기 시작했어요 제가 좋아하는 일을 하다보니 오늘 영상이 정말 많이 공감가고 고개를 끄덕이면서 볼 수 있었어요 ㅎㅎ특히 제가 꽃집에서 가장 행복한 시간은 꽃 컨디셔닝을 해주는 시간인데 몸이 힘들어서 최근에는 꽃을 많이 봐주지 못하고 컨디셔닝을 했다는게 생각이 났어요..월요일에 출근하면 애정듬뿍 담아 컨디셔닝을 해줘야겠어요 히히 오늘도 이쁜 영상 마음 포근해지는 영상 출근을 돋구는 영상 올려주셔서 감사해요🌷

I just begin my florist job and sometimes my friend mock me, a man doing a woman's job. But I don't know, I think I've fallen in love with this job. Wrapping a bouquet, caring a flower. I don't even think that this is a job anymore 😂 cuz I love it. Making a bouquet is not an easy task. Trust me I've try it😂 it's all about the looks, how you made the bouquet it's really beautiful, I love it. It give me a lot of reference as a new florist. Thanks you've helped me a lot👍
