My brother and sister in law had a similar story. They had a girl long ago in Laos when they first got married but she died when she was 3 months old. Since that time sister in law didn’t get pregnant until she was over 50s.
Sister, there are other options. Why didn't you seek medical advice? Get check and see if it's your husband or you that is infertile. If it is your husband, you can still get artificially invetro. You can both pick from sperm donors and go that route unless you choose to commit adultery. Then, there is also the adoption process route too.
