It's so cool to see how your tastes are similar yet distinct. My husband occasionally reads my recommendations too, and it's so fun to compare.

Yeah it's always funny when you mostly line up, and then something in particular you just do not agree about!

It's always fun to watch the two of you talk about books:)

I love how laid-back and funny you both are, and getting both of your perspectives on the books is great :)

It must be so awesome to have a partner with similar reading tastes! Thanks for posting this, I really enjoyed getting both of your perspectives. :-)

Thanks for watching! We are also in the same profession and work together a lot as well so we are probably going to just be one person eventually 😂

The less than glowing, awe-inspired praise for The Bear and the Nightingale hurts a bit. 🤣 I will say it's great that your husband reads the books you recommend: I'm lucky if I can get my husband to read a single book I recommend to him. Haha!

I really enjoy hearing your husband's perspective. I felt like I should like The Bear and the Nightingale and I felt almost guilty for not really finding it worth continuing. Your husband's thoughts have made me felt less guilty. :)

We wish to make a tribute to thee, but first the pretender must be sacrificed to the Valfather and his holding burned to ashes. Come with us to Trollheim.
