Always a pleasure to find a new Quintessence video popping up in my feed, and this one in particular. I'd never heard of Ted Watson Kennedy, but, boy, I love his house. And such a lesson it provides, too. I totally approve of using a single colour throughout a small house, using different shades for variety.
Side note...I've made that asparagus puff pastry with gruyere. Amazing!

The different shades of green in the house makes me think of the Cunard ocean liner Caronia from 1949: the Caronia was painted in different shades of green and her nickname was the Green Goddess.

Love, love, love this home. I actually have five shades of green paint in my home too. My decorator walked around with a light meter to pick the colors. Some are more gray; some have more yellow. When you enter a green home, you are immediately calmer and more peaceful.
