This! IMO, I don't see any point in these non-stop rides. It gives others false sense of reality that they too could do some stuff like this. It's all about enjoying the ride, not setting speed or time records.

Excellent ride, Deep! Its so amazing that a journey, which some years ago would have taken days if not a week, being covered in 30 hours! One small piece of advice, please carry a ceramic or metallic mug for your chai breaks as paper and plastic cups are known to cause cancer when hot liquids are poured into them. Clay kullads are fine but not everyone uses them. Always love seeing your cheery videos and your positive upbeat attitude!

I am 56 yo and have done Meerut ( Delhi NCR) to Banglore 13 times in the last 5 years.
Best time was 40 hours and the worst being 52 hours. 9 times on Duke 390 and 4 times on R 15. My route ( from door to door) is of 2370 kms .

I ve done Siliguri to Durgapur in 11 hrs, only 500 kms by 2011 model hero Honda passion . I enjoyed it so much but due to vibrations last 2 hrs were pathetic. It also was moment of pride. Now I own Fz 25 and I also do frequent trips and enjoy a lot. For long ride a good motorcycle definitely helps a lot, but more you ride, you learn every time to make it better and long ride does not seems long ride for you.
