    Day 1 : ✅ but I struggled a lil bit in push ups
    Day 2: Not able to perform exercise because very tired from work😔🥺
    Day 3: ✅Feel so good!!! Ps: It feel so hard doing the t-push ups

    I'm a newbie to Roberta's Gym but already I love the simple, instructional and easy to follow format combined with effective and efficient exercise routines. I also LOVE the generous rest intervals inbetween most exercises - I usually either march on the spot to these for a little extra cardio :)

    10 squats, 10 squats, 14 donkey kicks, 30 toe taps, 8 leg drops, 22 bicycle crunches, 10 knee pushes, 8 T Planks, 8 T Push Ups, 10 squats, 14 donkey kicks, and 20 bicycle crunches. 15 second rests between each, 11 minutes total

      Yep... couldn't agree. ... especially in t pushups, my arms were shaking like crazy 🤕🤕but hope I can still continue my workout( before everyones sees a fat girl after schools reopen)😆

      I mean..this workout is if you want to have abs,smaller butt and smaller breast if you want that then do it but you can do this as your only workout and eat a lot!!

      You got this, Nurjahan Shaikh! Now if you're a beginner, I suggest you do a quick workout like 7-10mins (you can find tons of these in our channel) and find which one works best for you. The most important thing here is for you to find a workout that you enjoy doing and will make you come back everyday so you'll be motivated to exercise regularly. One that will not burn you out and make you dread working out. Good luck and I hope you do exercise!💪

    I ONLY want to have flat stomach but want to increase breast size and tone my hip area too. Is this workout okay for me?

      Well Karnika, ideally you will see results in 3-4 weeks and that depends on your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train.So if you're overweight and older and therefore have slower metabolism, it's going to take time before you see result. But with continuous exercise, you can make good progress if you work out everyday with specific exercises. And this is what today's workout is meant to do for you! Remember that you must do this continuously to achieve the results you want to see. Good luck!💪❤️

      I weigh 51 kgs and my height is 5'2. And I am 25 years old. So the thing is, is spot reduction possible through this workout? As I want to reduce my belly fat but increase my breast size? Can you please suggest some specific exercises for that? And what else do I need to do?

      I recommend that you do it once a day, Jasleen. But if you're feeling excited about all energy you got, feel free to do more than 1x a day. But again, that's totally up to your body if it can handle the workout. Best to try it out and check if you can manage it. The tendency when you have all that energy and you do more than 1 workout a day is that you get burned out pretty quickly and you won't feel as excited to come back. The goal is to keep you energized and excited to come back everyday so that you will continuously burn calories on a daily basis and see results. Thanks and good luck, keep me updated!❤️💪

      I don't follow a strict workout time, Sana. For me, the ideal time would be when it fits into your schedule and it can become a regular part of what you do. After all, when it comes to weight loss, consistency is more important than anything. It's also best to stay active and to eat healthy along with regular exercise. Good luck and keep going!❤️💪
