Thank you for this we are going in September, you can not beat the location, and what I see is not to bad, and have booked a staycation, by the way I watched both of your videos on this place, very informative, I know to take me a gel mattress bad, a knife, paper towels a bigger pot for some crablegs, lol again thank you.
Thanks so much for your lovely comment! We are so glad our videos helped you out! We try to cover all the basics so you know what you are getting into! You definitely cannot beat the location of the Holiday Inn at the Pavilion! It is not a bad spot at all but it definitely could use a few updates! We hope you have an amazing time on your vacation! The lazy river is a lot of fun! 😁 lol you definitely will need a bigger pot for crab legs! But the kitchen was decent for what was there!
There are indoor pools while we were there the pool inside was not heated but if I remember correctly the heater was broken. The lazy river was heated for sure.
Thank you SO MUCH for your in depth tour! I will be at that hotel for the first time this coming July! I knew the parking was across the street, but had never actually seen it before. It’s great to see how close we’ll be to the Skywheel and the amusement park! Our granddaughter will be so excited! Oh yeah, a couple of questions, do the rooms have usb plugs for cell phone chargers? Do they give you a parking pass for the lot? Again, thank you for posting this video!
Thank you so much for watching we are so happy that you found our video helpful! There were USB plugs for sure in the alarm clock between the two beds. If I'm not mistaken there was also a strip next to the tv that included USB plugs. I can't remember for sure if it had USBS or if it was just a power strip. They did provide us with a parking pass but we could only park one vehicle in their lot. If you have multiple cars we would suggest parking one over in the Pavillion Parking Deck on the Corner of N. Kings Hwy (17 Business) and 9th Ave N. I hope that helps.
This is very good information I'm thinking of visiting Myrtle beach soon and I was looking up this hotel cause I like that's its very close to the sky wheel and the beach. if you don't mind me asking, it sound like you said you were there for 2 days how much did you guys pay for 2 nights? I know its based on the people there with you but on average with the least how much is it for 2 people for 2 nights? Im going to have more people with me but I just want to know the average 2 rate just in case.
Thank you so much for watching we are glad you found the video helpful. The price was around $320 for 4 people during the off season. The rate went up the next week because the tourist season started. I hope that helps. We also have another video from this same trip where we used the amenities and talked about the price and our thoughts on the property that you might also find useful here is a link in case you are interested in it as well: th-cam.com/video/jQ4MrBnKVLI/w-d-xo.html
It does not. It has a little coffee shop/cafe area with some grab and go stuff thats open at breakfast time. There are restaurants within walking distance that serve breakfast though. I hope that helps.
They have rooms that are wheelchair accessible. They have handicap parking available directly in front of the hotel, wheelchair entrance, elevators, and the pools have the seat that you can transfer into. I hope that helps.
