Also, I do have a quick question for you if you don't mind... *On your drawstring casing pieces, why do you instruct to lock/zigzag instead of simply just hemming the sides? I was thinking your reasoning might possibly be if for the casing, you were to choose a jersey knit fabric or something similar and, therefore, would be a rather difficult fabric to hem (which I'm only guessing about this, as I have not yet tried sewing this type of fabric myself)... Is that maybe why you instruct to zigzag at this step? 😄Anyway, I'm just curious, so no biggie... and again, thank you so much for sharing this awesome tutorial!!!♥️ P.S. I am a beginning sewer and only asked about the zigzag instruction to help me learn... certainly not trying to be disrespectful in any way 😉♥️

紐通し口の三つ折りで小さい三角を作るところとか、表布と内布のマチを縫い合わせるのとか、今まで知りませんでした！こういう小さなコツが仕上がりの美しさとかおさまりの良さにつながるんですよね。すごく勉強になりました💕今度縫うとき真似してみます！
布の向きを逆にして返し縫いをするのは私もしていたので、嬉しくなりました。

勉強に成ります。裁縫は素人なので、厚みのある布の縫い方やら、角の作り方😚参考にします。これからもデニムリメークお願いします。デニムは古着屋とかで集めて来るのですか？ミシンのメーカーや、糸、道具なども教えて下さい🤗

ミシンは職業用(JUKIのSPUR30)と家庭用(JANOMEのpericia NK5505R)とロックミシン(JUKIの糸取物語)を使ってます。最近は洋服を作ってないのでロックミシンはあまり使ってません。ミシン糸はフジックスシャッペスパンとフジックスキング3000m、手縫い糸はフジックスのボタンつけ糸とダルマ家庭糸細口をよく使ってます。材料で100均もよく利用しますが、糸は手芸店で購入してます^ ^

I did it differently for me the way you connect the lining is hard work what I have learned is simple ms easy ha ha ha ❤ but it's ok 😮
