The small sound they recorded initially was suspected from the Titan , but when robotic machines discovered the wreckage Its concluded that it was imploded before the rescue operation started. No one heard the implosion because no equipment was installed, it would have be a very loud noise detected if it was imploded during search operation

The main tube was made by wrapping carbon fiber filaments around a thin metal shell. This design is great for pressurized cylinders when the pressure is inside the cylinder. In most hydrogen fuelled vehicles, the hydrogen is stored in carbon fiber composite cylinders at 5000 psi. Inside pressure tries to stretch the carbon fiber filaments, where their strength is. Outside pressure compresses the carbon fiber filaments, and in compression, the filaments have no strength. Think of a braided hydraulic rubber hose. It can sustain extreme internal pressure, but it will collapse when pinched from outside.

As you said tatinum is recommended to make submersible and carbon fibre is not. I had listened to other resources that Mr.Stock submersible was not certified by any safety board, isn't it a crime or laps of that countries safety regularly authority who didn't check that vesal.....
