I’ve had my saline for 25+ years, you can’t see them, they fall slightly when I lay on my back ( but who’s breasts don’t at aged 55) and I love them.

For your intents and purposes silicone is probably the way to go.
But saline has it's advantages in other areas, especially when the natural look is not required: they are variable in size, they can go way above the limit of volume for silicone implants (US: 800 cc, EU: 1000 cc) and in case they're 'mechanically damaged' it's easier to recognize and less dangerous because the saline is easily absorbed by the human body.
As for the weight: is medical silicone lighter than 'regular' silicone? Because last time I checked the density of silicone and saline is pretty much the same (≈ 1000 g / 1000 cc). Could be be a good idea for a future short: comparing silicone and saline implants of the same size in terms of weight.

@@Maybe.Its_You then you might as well ask why people wanna get implants in the first place, same logic considering that it's just a difference in size/number. I simply pointed out that this (among others) is an aspect of saline implants that silicone (gel) implants do not cover.
