Foolishness! Every day something disgraceful is going on somewhere in the Ga state. Greed, and not thinking beyond the moment is often the result of this foolishness. The Ga state is the only area in Ghana that is constantly experiencing this shameful debacle. When you lease a land to a "developer" for 99 years, with no future benefits to the indigenous children of the land, what do you think would happen? Soon, you'll have no land to call your own. You'll be the tenant at your own house, and somebody else will be the landlord, collecting rent from you. At your own house! Think about it. I'm getting so tired watching these so-called elders of the Ga state belittling the Ga people by their foolishness and incompetence. When will you wake up to reality? When will common sense and sound judgment take the place of greed and miscalculations?
These Ga elders are a disgrace to our ancestors. Hafix officers are clever and had realise the greed and stupidity of these elders hence using it against them. It is shameful and beyond imagination that a community of elders signed such a shambolic agreement. I don't think the elders had any legal advice before doing such a disgraceful deal. Obodai these elders had already spent monies taken from Hafix. The elders of Abladjei will need a good solicitor to fight their case but seems they are penniless. It is a shame how greed and parochial interest making them to lose everything.

Now I understand how most of our lands have been 'LOST' if our elders have all their priorities wrong. How could you send an unsigned official letter during dispute ?
To be honest All lands in the country should be lease to the Government developer's this will stop misunderstanding between families .
