In Guerrero Kart, there are 48 vehicles (24 karts and 24 bikes), and each size class has 16 vehicles (8 karts and 8 bikes) that are divided into seven stat specialties, three of which have a second group. The size classes are as follows.
*Small:* Small vehicles tend to do well in every stat except for speed and weight. The Small vehicle pairs are the Small Go Kart/Small Dirt Bike (Standard), the Turbo Seat/Nanocycle (Handling), the Petite Dragon/Missile Bike (Drift and Turbo, main group), the Ground Romper/Mud Trekker (Off-Road, main group), the Pigeon Pecker/Condor Creaser (Speed, main group), the Cat Clawer/Dog Dethroner (Speed, second group), the Minnow Muncher/Sauger Slipper (Acceleration), and the Block Builder/Ball Bouncer (Weight).
*Medium:* Medium vehicles have slightly better speed and weight, but do a bit worse everywhere else. The Medium vehicle pairs are the Medium Go Kart/Medium Dirt Bike (Standard), the Sunsetter/Sugarcoater (Handling), the Turbulence Wing/Mach Drifter (Drift and Turbo, main group), the Super Swordfish/Orca Dasher (Off-Road, main group), the Tide Traverser/Moonlighter (Off-Road, second group), the Menace Speeder/Sneaky Racer (Speed, main group), the Elegant Eagle/Contemptible Crow (Acceleration), and the Trash Crusher/Garbage Burner (Weight).
*Large:* Large vehicles have noticeably better speed and weight, but do significantly worse everywhere else. The Large vehicle pairs are the Large Go Kart/Large Dirt Bike (Standard), the Survivor/Durango Cruiser (Handling), the Nightfire Flyer/Nightfire Runner (Drift and Turbo, main group), the Cosmic Coupe/Luminous Star (Drift and Turbo, second group), the Fantasm/Specter (Off-Road, second group), the Jetupacabra/Speedaconda (Speed, main group), the Wind Walker/Current Crafter (Acceleration), and the Elephant Enrager/Python Prowler (Weight).
There are three types of vehicle counterparts: kart/bike counterparts, size class counterparts, and group counterparts. Each type of counterpart is as follows.
*Kart/bike counterpart:* A bike or kart counterpart that's in the same group and size class.
*Size class counterpart:* A vehicle counterpart that's from a different size class, but in the same group.
*Group counterpart:* A vehicle counterpart that's from a different group, regardless of whether it's in the same size class.
Each vehicle can have one of seven stat specialties, each of which is as follows.
*Standard Specialty:* Standard vehicles tend to have well balanced stats across the board. The Standard Specialty vehicles are the Small Go Kart (small kart), the Small Dirt Bike (small outside drifting bike), the Medium Go Kart (medium kart), the Medium Dirt Bike (medium outside drifting bike), the Large Go Kart (large kart), and the Large Dirt Bike (large outside drifting bike).
*Handling Specialty:* Handling specialized vehicles have the best handling in their size class while having very good acceleration, off-road, and turbo, as well as average weight, but have low drift and are the slowest vehicles in their size class. The Handling Specialty vehicles are the Turbo Seat (small kart), the Nanocycle (small outside drifting bike), the Sunsetter (medium kart), the Sugarcoater (medium outside drifting bike), the Survivor (large kart), and the Durango Cruiser (large outside drifting bike).
*Drift and Turbo Specialty:* Drift and Turbo specialized have the best drift and turbo in their size class, and are fast and heavy on average, but have the worst acceleration in their size class as well as low handling and off-road. This stat specialty has a second group that is slower but does better everywhere else. The Drift and Turbo Specialty vehicles are the Petite Dragon (small kart), the Missile Bike (small inside drifting bike), the Turbulence Wing (medium kart), the Mach Drifter (medium inside drifting bike), the Nightfire Flyer (large kart), the Nightfire Runner (large inside drifting bike), the Cosmic Coupe (large kart), and the Luminous Star (large outside drifting bike).
*Off-Road Specialty:* Off-Road specialized vehicles have the best off-road in their size class while having good acceleration and handling as well as average speed and weight, but have the worst drift in their size class and below average turbo. This stat specialty has a second group that is slower and probably has worse drift, but does better everywhere else. The Off-Road Specialty vehicles are the Ground Romper (small kart), the Mud Trekker (small inside drifting bike), the Super Swordfish (medium kart), the Orca Dasher (medium inside drifting bike), the Tide Traverser (medium kart), the Moonlighter (medium outside drifting bike), the Fantasm (large kart), and the Specter (large outside drifting bike).
*Speed Specialty:* Speed specialized vehicles are the fastest vehicles in their size class, but have the worst handling, off-road, and turbo in their size class, as well as having below average drift and low acceleration, and being rather light on average. This specialty has the lowest stat totals overall of any stat specialty. This stat specialty has a second group that is slower but does better everywhere else. The Speed Specialty vehicles are the Pigeon Pecker (small kart), the Condor Creaser (small inside drifting bike), the Cat Clawer (small kart), the Dog Dethroner (small inside drifting bike), the Menace Speeder (medium kart), the Sneaky Racer (medium inside drifting bike), the Jetupacabra (large kart), and the Speedaconda (large inside drifting bike).
*Acceleration Specialty:* Acceleration specialized vehicles have the best acceleration in their size class while having very good handling and drift, and good off-road and turbo, but are slow and are the lightest vehicles on average. This specialty has the highest stat totals overall of any stat specialty. The Acceleration Specialty vehicles are the Minnow Muncher (small kart), the Sauger Slipper (small inside drifting bike), the Elegant Eagle (medium kart), the Contemptible Crow (medium inside drifting bike), the Wind Walker (large kart), and the Current Crafter (large inside drifting bike).
*Weight Specialty:* Weight specialized vehicles are the heaviest vehicles in their size class, are decently fast, and have average acceleration, handling, drift, and off-road, but their turbo is rather low. The Weight Specialty vehicles are the Block Builder (small kart), the Ball Bouncer (small inside drifting bike), the Trash Crusher (medium kart), the Garbage Burner (medium inside drifting bike), the Elephant Enrager (large kart), and the Python Prowler (large inside drifting bike).
