one more thing the north west african genetics are different from arab and west african genetics and west african genetics were introduced after the arab conquest due to their dependency on slavery from both west and east africa...if you run a test on north west african blacks you'll find out they all relative to west africans and those black communities in the USA claiming they're Moors aka Moroccans or egyptians or libyans and such always run tests and find out their from west and east africa...but You said arab and berber settlers in the 8th century giving the impression that north africa was black yet it is a big ass lie...even today sub saharans die on their way to north africa in the desert and without the introduction of camels there would not have been much trade between north africa and sub saharan africa and of course trans-saharan slave trade...
Egyptians approve berbers existed in north africa for thousands of years, so did the greeks and south europeans but somehow sub saharans who found out about north africa beyond the desert now claim it was the same as sub saharan africa and since the reality is not, let's say they all settlers and throw the 8th century as if pre-8th century it was all black when in reality even before the 8th century for thousands and thousands of years north africa was not black.
