That's why sometimes I afraid on how i treat other person even they are in the lowest position.. it is because we dont know that sometimes they are the owner that the place are we are stepping on, and they are just in disguise to observe other people's motive!

I'd recommend caution to the company leadership. This guy could sue them for wrongful termination and the court as a remedy could order them to reinstate him and possibly PROMOTE him to a position he is qualified to have obtained had he NOT been terminated. So I would think carefully about enforcing this firing.
I don't know if I would have fired him; I would have just suspended him and recommended that he attends a seminar on how to treat people in the workplace.
