I absolutely love you making this type of cake and would love to see more of them. It makes me be able to offer my customers other options. I don’t have any 3D cake options and this was great! My biggest question is, how would you know how many people it would serve and what would you charge? We usually know what goes into a normal cake, but I have no idea how many servings or what to charge for a cake like this. I do understand I live in a small Texas town and own a totally allergy free bakery, so I take into account those issues.
I would start with keeping in mind how much cake you are starting with. This was 2-10" pans and one 8" pan. What would you charge base price for a 2 layer 10"? And then what is half the price of a 2 layer 8"? Then add the supplies for the decorations and time per hour it would approximately take you to complete. Don't undersell yourself because these cakes take time and skill that not everyone has the ability to do. These are definitely Luxury cakes and not necessities. The customer needs to understand that;) I hope this helps and I do understand that it can be intimidating to explain this to people

You did a great job on that truck. I don’t know if you knew or not that the music was very loud and it kind of over took your voice and your voice sounded kind of muffled. I didn’t know if anyone had mentioned that I personally, but this is just me personally don’t like music with cake videos because it’s so hard to hear a person if things go wrong with the music but just wanted you to know. The heat of the blades helps to get the colour deeper faster. It also helped with air bubbles too

Not too much, but sometimes, yes. The sweating will stop in time;) I have learned to work with it. I just try to limit the time it is in there.
