This video explains how to use the Infineon BTS50055-1TMB or BTS50080-1TMB PROFET high-side power switch to take the battery management of your quadcopter to the next level.
The purpose of this video series is to learn the basics behind a quadcopter drone and enable you to build one yourself, by dividing this challenging project in several easy-to-understand parts. You use the capable Teensy 4.0 microcontroller together with the easy-to-use Arduino language.

You didn’t add Rv (resistor series to Ziner diode). If the voltage go high the Ziner diode will break down. Rv is a must
This figure doesnt show how you power the Teensy. Did you use separate batter with 3.3v?

may be through esc. cause esc has a BEC(battery eliminator circuit.)
