I really wish making these AI voices in such a manner (for freely available missions in videogames) would be free as well without any subscription to the AI software. Very good job in making these missions!
If u think about it, there's so much ideas in this game, but they have to focus on the "Brood War" Kerrigan is waging. SC could be expanded into many more expansions back in 98, but hell, i think Blizzard just wanna be left alone with their Warcraft. Medieval Fantasy is Life, as most people already know.
These are all great. The one nitpick I have is that the characters all act way more level-headed and reasonable in these missions then they do in canon. They actually act like a team instead of bitter enemies forced into a fragile mess of a coalition. It's kind of refreshing in a way.
I consider these missions canon to me, even though technically they aren't Blizzard's canon. Anyways, what campaign are you gonna play next? There's so much to choose from, like the Garithos campaign, Vision of the Future, or SC Uprising... the choice is yours.
I feel like the canon lore for Duran would be UED, sending Duran to attack Kerrigan, losing and getting infested. But having the UED think they won. I don't see Kerrigan trusting Duran at all.
oh I just realized 1:27:03 it's saying Kerrigan and DuGalle were escaped from Braxis. clearly it's just typo but don't know why couldn't I notice it when I saw it before.
at 42:19 that epilogue goes by really fast and no time to read it. I notice in another one of these campaigns when something like that is displayed you had Zeratul reading it out loud with time to read it and that was pretty nice. Do you think you would change that for this part or any other part like that?
I didnt use Zeratul for the first epilogues because they had a lot of characters in it. (Elevenlabs has character limit) I gave viewer some short time to pause and read. But Zeratul reads the final epilogue as it was shorter.
Simply move them to your Documents>StarCraft>Maps>Download and run the maps by going Create Custom in the game and find the maps, select "use map settings" before start.

The one problem with generating the voice with AI is that they’re monotonous and emotionless. I remember Raynor yelling: “WHAT?! You’re not just gonna leave here there?!” At the end of new Gettysburg and “Damn it Arcturus, if I wanted your opinion I’d beat it out of ya!!” During brood war. It gave the characters excitement and made Raynor feel like he was sitting next to you during the mission brief.
It's quite varied in quality, some are better, but some sound really wooden. It gives a good general idea of how they would sound like, but AI still has some way to go before rendering "real" voice acting obsolite.
Starcraft has a lot of potential, it's a shame that Blizzard didn't take advantage of it.

I have some fan made sequel to Brood War called Empire Wars. Though the dialogues aren't as good as this one, it can still be interesting to see.

Shame Raynor’s Raiders don’t have Medics in their disposal before SC2 does.

I think the next step would be to tell the AI to adopt a certain tone on certain passages.
I think it's just this game which is a little old isn't it. I've seen recent ai voice tech that does have more attitude in them.
