Stopped the vid to let you know the bamboo steamers are excellent! A tip I have learned from having worked in a bao and wonton restaurant is if you are steaming bao, wontons or gyoza put a little baking parchment or a lettuce leaf between the food and the steamer. Trying to get cooked dough off of bamboo is a nightmare. And if you want a good Chinese cookbook look out for Kwoklyn Wan's Chinese Takeaway Cookbook or any of his other cookbooks.💖😁

My bolognaise sauce consists of chopped tomatoes, pasata, 2x beef stock cubes, mixed herbs, garlic granules, splash of Worcester sauce and tastes so much better than a jar!
