Prem Mehra is a wealthy, kind-hearted, and generous man who lives in a palatial home with his wife, Laxmi, a daughter, and two sons, Vijay and Ravi. Dharamdas, an old foe of Mr. Mehra, with the help of a gangster and an employee of Mr. Mehra, steals some priceless diamonds from his safe and implicates him for the robbery. Prem thus loses all his wealth overnight and is rendered homeless. Will Vijay and Ravi be able to restore the wealth and honour their family once boasted off?

Rishi shb is always super in the bollywood. Meenakshi and Jaya both are very good and decent actresses. They have always played their roles very modestly. Neelam too is always a very good and decent actress. What to speak of Govinda, a super star. The father role, and mother roles are very mind blowing. Very emotional movie. Prem ji and Shakti kpr both are perfect artists. Negative end with the death of Jaya ji.
